Every driver is checked by a human
Before a driver can publish a single ride they submit a profile photo, their CNIC, their driving licence and four photographs of the vehicle. Nothing is auto-approved.
EasyTrip is built so that by the time you open the door, you already know who's driving, what they're driving, and that somebody can see where you both are.
Not policies on a page — each one is enforced by the app itself.

The make, model, colour, number plate and four real photographs are on the ride page. If the car at the kerb isn’t the car in the app, don’t get in.
Calls and messages run inside the app, over data. Neither side ever sees the other’s number, and the conversation is tied to a specific booking.
From the moment the trip starts, the driver’s phone streams its location to everyone with a confirmed seat. You see the car move on a real map with a live ETA.
Every completed trip can be rated. Ratings and written reviews sit on the profile — read a driver’s whole history before you request a seat.
No card details, no online payment, nothing to phish. You hand over the fare when the trip is done, and the amount is fixed before you book.
Verification does a lot. These do the rest.
EasyTrip is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, contact the authorities immediately — then report the trip in the app so we have the record.
What people ask before trusting a shared ride.
Ask the driver to stop somewhere public and get out. Then report the trip from the booking screen — every trip has a record with the driver, vehicle and route attached, so a report is actionable. In an emergency call 15 (Police) or 1122 (Rescue) first.
Only during an in-progress trip, and only with the people on that trip: the driver’s position goes to riders with a confirmed seat. It is streamed, not stored — nothing is written to a database and it stops the moment the ride is completed or cancelled.
Their profile photo, name, rating, review history, and their car’s photos and number plate are all on the ride page, and all of it was checked at approval. If any of it doesn’t match what you see in person, cancel and report it.
You’re notified immediately and the seat is released. Nothing has been paid, so there’s nothing to refund — you go straight back to search.
Settings → Delete account. Your profile is deactivated and anonymised, upcoming rides and bookings are cancelled (seats returned to other people’s rides), and your phone number is freed for a fresh signup. Past trip records are kept in anonymised form so other people’s history stays intact.
